You're forgetting that haveing a holiday can acctually by negative for your creative output.
School can offer a large variety of impulses and thoughts in all kinds of different directions while some people have lame vacations on the side which aren't as resourceful at all.
I'm pretty sure not everyone writes their ideas they get from school down to use in holidays, so that's a "too bad, but true" for some option.
I, however will attempt to produce arts within the times of my vacation, when they arrive again.
Not that it's something to look forward to for others, but for me quite so.
It's like being a poineer in known territory! - which sounds quite silly if you ask me ^^

Pretty much the "holiday season" is when I hit a low in creative willpower. I just can't bring myself to do much whether or not I have the time for it.

Usually the mid-point of Summer and around the ends of each semester at school, I start feeling more up-to doing art/writing/music.

I'm not sure if this has been brought up before, but the way the question is worded doesn't really make sense with the answers given. At least, the simple "there is no change" answer doesn't make sense, because obviously the other two "no" answers are just that but with a reason given.
Maybe the question was supposed to say "does the season INCREASE your creative output?"
